Deakin & Francis complies with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations and the Data Protection Act. This policy explains how we manage data.

What information do we collect?

Deakin & Francis Limited is fundamentally committed to ensuring that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. As a supplier of jewellery services, we aim to provide our clients with high levels of service, and to uphold all relevant standards of professional conduct in our sector and accept nothing less from our suppliers. We recognise that there is a risk for slavery or human trafficking to occur in the supply chain. We also recognise that we should be vigilant in identifying and reporting to the authorities any possible exploitation in the form of modern slavery or human trafficking when we visit properties and/or deal with third parties.

We are committed to taking all appropriate steps to ensure that slavery or human trafficking is not taking place in any of our supply chains. We review our existing business and supply chains for the risks of slavery and human trafficking; we review and revise as needed our procurement processes; and we disseminate relevant information as part of awareness training to our employees.
We will not support or deal with any business knowingly involved in slavery or human trafficking.
