Deakin & Francis are Best of British at Linley Exhibition


Deakin & Francis® have been chosen to be part of the exclusive Linley Celebration of British Design, Craftsmanship, Engineering and Innovation. The interactive exhibition which will be held in the Linley flagship store on Pimlico Road from February 27th, was curated by David Linley and Scott Simpson and will showcase some of Britain’s finest brands.
The exhibition will provide a captivating insight into each brands traditions and values whilst showcasing some of Linley’s finest pieces of furniture. Other companies joining Deakin & Francis® at this celebration of British craftsmanship include Rolls Royce Aerospace, Bremont Watches and Purdey.
Deakin & Francis® will be showcasing an exclusive limited edition ebony walking stick with solid silver skull design, which has popping ruby eyes and a moving jaw. As well as a range of cufflinks from the classic to the quirky, and historical tools from their 228 year history.
James Deakin Head Designer is thrilled that Deakin & Francis® are part of the exhibition. He commented ‘The Linley show is a great opportunity for us. Our history tells a fascinating story of British craftsmanship and our products complement Linley’s really well. We will be showcasing some of our finest pieces including cufflinks with moveable parts, brass skull book ends and Bugatti cufflinks hand made from pistons of Bugatti type 57!’
