Deakin & Francis launch Spring/Summer 2014 Land & Sea Collection at IJL
Winners at the Professional Jeweller Hot 100 2014, Deakin & Francis®, launched their Spring/Summer 2014 Collection at IJL in September. The Land & Sea collection features cufflinks, pendants, rings and key rings of snakes, crabs, yachts, pirates and star fish to name a few.
Designers and owners Henry & James Deakin who were voted in the Trendsetters category at Hot 100, believe this collection is one of the most exciting yet. From the silver enameled crab cufflinks to the silver pirate skull ring with loose fitted jaw and popping ruby eyes, this collection is sure to make any lady or gentleman’s wardrobe come to life. James Deakin, head designer at Deakin & Francis®, commented ‘I have created a range of accessories for men who are explorers and adventurers at heart. With designs like the walking tortoise and swimming carp cufflinks, this range was designed to be worn by men who want to make a statement’.
As seventh generation managers and owners, Henry & James Deakin have designed and manufactured at their Birmingham based factory over 1000 cufflink designs, and have recently expanded their collection to include women’s pieces and leather accessories.
All accessories in the Land & Sea collection are made from hallmarked sterling silver which is stamped with Deakin & Francis® for authenticity, and finished with fine enamel detail. Each item has been carefully handmade by our skilled craftsmen, using processes that have been passed down through seven generations of the Deakin family.
“Inspired by fly fishing in Scotland and snorkeling in tropic seas, the Land & Sea collection from Deakin & Francis® provides the wearer with a real talking point.”
